Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured to photograph public events with public liability cover.
Do you do destination weddings?
Yes. Travel and sleep expenses are subject to individual arrangements though.
How many photos can we expect from a full wedding day?
Much depends on the venue, amount of guests and type of wedding/duration, but I aim for around 500 for the full day.
How do we get the photos from our wedding day?
In 3-5 weeks after your ceremony I will upload your images to an online gallery, these images are perfect for online sharing (Facebook/twitter etc). Then about a week after this images will be supplied on a USB memory stick, these images will be high resolution and good for printing.
Do you make prints and albums?
Not yet! It is my plan to, and if this is a requirement for you please contact me all the same. I’m sure we can work something out.
Is it OK if we print the photos ourselves?
Yes. All photos from your wedding day are licensed to you and your guests for personal use. This means that you and your guests can print them and share them online (credits very much appreciated). However, you cannot resell the photos or use them for commercial purposes.
And if we lose the digital images?
I keep digital copies of all the wedding I shoot. That said, hardware faults do happen so I can’t guarantee anything unfortunately. But I do back files up in two locations, which means loosing both backups is extremely unlikely.
How do we pay you?
Bank transfer or Paypal is ideal.
When do we pay you?
Each wedding is subject to a booking deposit to reserve your date. This is a non refundable deposit and it is usually 35% of the full wedding photography package costs. The balance (65%) is due no later than two weeks before the wedding. At the time of booking you will receive an invoice with cost breakdown and payment schedule. And for every payment receipts will be supplied for your records.
